What equipment does the micro consist of?

Main control unit (MCU), control panel, control terminal, touchscreen, sensor detecting system, bridge, frame, pipeline for water, pipeline for chemical, tube for pressure air, pressure pump, chemical pump, accessories like cables tubes sensors remote controller etc.

What functions does it perform?

Pressure water, Pre-soak, Wax

Is it possible in the future to buy additional equipment from you and install it on the micro?

It is possible, but MICRO designed to be simple, so the additional equipment will not be such many like lavafoam in jubo360, Something like chemicals or fixed dryer is ok

Do you need a technical room for a pump? what size?

Recommended more than 3 x 2 meters

What do customers prepare before installation?

Water storage, power supply, air compressor, flat land, recommend concrete slap thickness 200+mm

Will representatives of the plant go to installation and commissioning?

For MICRO, you don't need an engineer, you can install it yourself with support manualbook and videos

What is the water pressure on the micro?

60-80 bar, standard equipped with 11kW pump

Can the MICRO standard pump be changed to a more powerful pump?

JB16 pump is an option to replace the standard pump, the JB16 working on 120bar with 22kW. Stainless steel pump head with Ceramic coating spool plunger.

How is the foam supplied?

The Pre-soak(active foam) applied through the arm nozzles, the foam/wax applied through the side wings.

What is the maximum height of a car on a micro that can be washed?

The system MICRO we built with frame height is 2760mm, and offering arm height of 2220mm. So max washing 2100mm vehicles is no problem

What is the consumption of foam per car?

Foam dosing pump flow speed 6~12L/h adjustable

What is the consumption of water per car?

The water pump flow speed 130L/min adjustable

How does the driver know where to stop the car in the washing post so that the robot does not break the car ?

There are traffic lights and voice alarm will tell the driver you are in stop position. owners can put some plastic obstacles in front of the car so the car can stop at the designed position.The robot will never break the car due the 360 arm protected.
